So, what comes in my bundle?

My cutters feature a super thin, 0.4mm cutting edge that will produce clean cuts. These cutters can be used on
various materials, such as cookie dough, cake, fondant, and rolled clay.
-Full color, 300 DPI PNG file that can be used with any edible printer (including the Eddie edible ink printer). These will be free of watermarks/sample names and can be resized using the software that comes with your edible printer.

You will receive one ZIP file that includes all of your STL cutter files and PNG files once your payment has been cleared by Etsy. You can find all of your files by going to the 'purchases and reviews' tab on your Etsy account.
***IMPORTANT: Mini and Moo's Cookie Co. cannot guarantee the quality of your 3D print(s) as these will vary based off of your slicer software settings and actual 3D printer itself. I do not offer technical support, so please do not purchase this listing if you are not well-versed in 3D printing or STL files.

Where are you located?

Do you offer pickup?
Yes! I do offer local pickup, just not on Etsy's site (they do not provide this as a checkout option, unfortunately). If you are a local and are wanting to pickup your items, please visit my shop's website at www.miniandmoosconfections.com and choose "Pickup" at checkout.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
At this time, I do not offer returns or exchanges on cutters or stencils. Please message me if you have any issues with your order and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.
How do I care for my cutters/stencils?
My cutters are produced by a 3D printer using food safe PLA+. They are NOT dishwasher safe, so please ensure you are handwashing them with each use. Do not soak your cutters or expose them to high heat as this will cause warping.
Stencils/silk screen stencils are NOT dishwasher safe and should only be handwashed with soap and water. Please ensure you are washing silk screen stencils with the SILK SCREEN SIDE UP. Afterwards, simply place them out on a towel to air dry, or pat them gently with a dish towel to remove all moisture.
