Do you offer pickup?
Yes! I do offer local pickup, just not on Etsy's site (they do not provide this as a checkout option, unfortunately). If you are a local and are wanting to pickup your items, please visit my shop's website at www.miniandmoosconfections.com and choose "Pickup" at checkout.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
At this time, I do not offer returns or exchanges on cutters or stencils. Please message me if you have any issues with your order and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you.
How do I care for my cutters/stencils?
My cutters are produced by a 3D printer using food safe PLA+. They are NOT dishwasher safe, so please ensure you are handwashing them with each use. Do not soak your cutters or expose them to high heat as this will cause warping.
Stencils/silk screen stencils are NOT dishwasher safe and should only be handwashed with soap and water. Please ensure you are washing silk screen stencils with the SILK SCREEN SIDE UP. Afterwards, simply place them out on a towel to air dry, or pat them gently with a dish towel to remove all moisture.
